Our process
How an Apex job works, start to finish
From the first call to the photos we send when we leave. No mystery, no surprise line items.
The four steps
From the first call to the last photo
Call or send the form
Tell us the city, the age of the house and what you have noticed. We will tell you on the phone whether it is worth a visit.
We measure, not guess
We get in the attic or crawl space, check the depth, the air leaks, the venting and the wiring, and photograph it for you.
One written price
Square footage, R-value, materials, air sealing and the rebate you qualify for, all on one page. Good for 30 days.
Install and clean up
Most attics are done in a day. We lay drop cloths, blow it in, bring you up to see the depth markers, and leave the house cleaner than we found it.
Install day
What happens at the house
- We arrive in the morning window we gave you and walk the plan with you first
- Drop cloths from the door to the hatch, the blowing machine stays outside
- Air sealing and can light covers before any insulation moves
- Baffles at the eaves, then blow to depth, then depth markers
- You come up the ladder to see it, or we send photos if you would rather not
- Hatch insulated and sealed, floor vacuumed, truck gone by late afternoon

After
